At Vision3k, we offer Polycarbonate and Tri-Vex glazing options on these rimless inserts. Both are lightweight and whilst not indestructible, are high impact resistant.
The Adidas Rimless Performance Insert a715 is an alternate to the rimmed a731 insert, and has a slightly larger lens than the a723. If you are ordering an unglazed insert you will only receive the nose bridge and side fixings, the lenses will need to be made by your optician. Should you wish to try a blank optical insert to help you with your decision, we can offer this as an approval service.
Please note, that due to legal restrictions it is not possible for us to accept prescription orders for young people under the age of 16 years. However, in such instances we can supply an un-glazed insert for you to take to your optician. For all other prescriptions requests, our Customer Services Team will gladly assist you in any way possible.
In order to complete prescription work, we will require a copy of your full prescription in its original format (i.e. as supplied by your practitioner/optician), emailed, faxed or posted to us once you have placed your order, This must be no more than two years old, and contain your Pupil Distance (PD) measurement, which if not supplied automatically can be requested from your optician. On some occasions we may request additional measurements, this is assessed on a case-by-case basis and depends on individual prescriptions, our Customer Service Team will contact you in this event.
Please note, that we offer a single vision glazing service only and use different lens materials depending upon the prescription requirements of the client.
We endeavour to complete prescription requests within one business week, from receipt of paperwork and measurements. Our Customer Service Team will advise you if there is likely to be delay with your request.
