Terms & Conditions
1. All orders for prescription products must be accompanied by a written prescription less than 2 years old, from a registered medical/practitioner or optometrist. A clear fax or photocopy is acceptable.
2. Backordered items are usually in stock within 1 to 4 weeks but on some occasions may take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 10 days of the order we will send you an email to update you of the situation. If the original shipping date cannot be met and you would rather not wait, you will be given the option to cancel your order. If the backordered item is no longer available at all, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel your order and remove it from our catalogue.
3. Returns will be accepted for goods that have been supplied by Vision3k. For further details about our returns policy please read our returns policy.
4. For non-customised items Vision3k will not debit your card until your goods are dispatched. For prescription items, customised frames and special orders we will debit at the point of ordering.
We reserve the right to refuse sales at our discretion if we believe there is a fraudulent credit card use. You may be asked to provide further proof of your identity and/or proof of credit card/ email address. Failure to do so will result in termination of the transaction. You will be notified by email if Vision3k cancels your order or if your credit card has not been approved.
This contract does not affect your consumer statutory rights.
