Tom Ford meets 007
As we all know, James Bond is always incredibly suave, sophisticated and dressed to kill. And Daniel Craig's famous alter ego is no exception in the latest Bond instalment 'Spectre'.
After the success of the previous two Bond films, Tom Ford has once again been given the role of dressing Daniel Craig for the latest film, Spectre. We can expect to see 007 dressed in Tom Ford's beautiful suits and elegant knitwear, but more importantly he will be wearing two iconic sunglasses, Snowdon FT0237 and Henry FT0248.
The Tom Ford Snowdon FT0237 is elegant, bold and very distinctive, perfect for Bond. A strong, vintage shape, with a thick frame and the signature "T" logo elegantly inset in the temples, these sunglasses are a must have for anyone especially an international spy. Daniel Craig can be seen wearing two variations of the Snowdon in the film, the FT0237-05B and the FT0237-52N.
The 05B is in a classic shiny black but with a classy twist. The inner frame is a very delicate shiny brown havana, which can be seen at the temples where the rose gold "T" is set, combining both colours together with perfect ease. The lenses in the 05B are a subtle grey gradient but still offer all of the protection of a category 3 lens.
The 52N has a very classy and almost retro feel to it. Finished in a shiny havana with a rose gold "T" logo beautifully set into the temple, these truly have that vintage look. The lenses in this stunning frame are a grey / green, offering full category 3 protection.
The Tom Ford Henry FT0248 are a classic 1950s-inspired metal and acetate frame. Yet another strong shape by Tom Ford, these are a great frame to wear while chilling on the yacht at Cannes or at the casino in Monte Carlo. These sunglasses come with a license to thrill that will leave the Bond girls in awe. Tom Ford favoured the FT0248-52A for Daniel Craig, but all the colours are equally eye catching.
The 52A are very striking in a shiny havana with an antique metal lower lens rim and nose bridge. Featuring the signature "T" logo in a rose gold, finishing off the frame elegantly. The lenses in the 52A are a classic grey with full UV protection in a category 3, making these sunglasses the perfect choice for any jet setting lifestyle.
