"Having placed an order on line it was with some trepidation that I picked up the phone to call your customer service number the day after to enquire about the possibility of amending the delivery address. I needn't have worried! The phone was answered literally within a couple of rings and, I might add, by a real person! This real person didn't sound like I was 327th idiot they'd already spoken to that morning, rather I discovered a cheerful & friendly willingness to help me out.
