Shipping
Please allow up to 10 days for dispatch on purchased goods. However with some of the rarer designer frames and lens combinations dispatch may take up to four weeks. In cases where we will not meet our 10 day delivery timescale we will notify you by email.
Prescription (Rx) models
For prescription (Rx) models please allow up to 14 days for configuration. For configuration of mirrored lenses please allow an extra 3-4 days. Please note that at peak times the configuration times may increase due to demand. Please contact us for an estimated delivery date.
Before configuring prescription glasses and sunglasses, a prescription must be faxed or mailed to us before the prescription lenses are requested from our lab. This is a requirement under UK law.
Delivery charges
United Kingdom:
We have a minimum order value of £30.00 to receive free shipping (UK only). A £2.80 delivery charge will be added to orders under £30.00 (UK only). All deliveries are covered by insurance.
United Kingdom - BFPO addresses:
Please select the BFPO option in the country field during registration. You will not be charged VAT on purchases. For all orders to BFPO shipping destinations a £2.00 delivery charge will be added to all orders.
International shipping
All International items are shipped via Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery service.
Shipping charges:
- European destinations outside of the UK are charged at £7.00. All deliveries are covered by insurance.
- All other destinations outside of Europe are charged at £8.50. All deliveries are covered by insurance.
Items will be dispatched on the first available flight. All mail is registered and will require a signature at the destination address. Please note that for International addresses it is especially important that the address provided is as clear and accurate as possible so that the courier can get it to the right destination without delay.
Once dispatched delivery times are approximately:
- Western Europe: three working days;
- Eastern Europe: four working days;
- Rest of the world (including the USA): five to seven working days.
If your item is not delivered within this timescale, please allow up to 25 days after dispatch before the package is considered lost. This is because your item may have been held in customs or be in the process of being returned to Vision3k, if delivery was not possible. Vision3k does not accept any claims for delay, as delivery times are not guaranteed.
