The Smith VXE frame is constructed from Ballistic XE, a material that makes these Smith sunglasses incredibly durable, lightweight and flexible. The Smith VXE is fitted with Hydrophilic Megol Nose and Temple Pads, which helps to provide a non-slip fit. The Megol material gently grips the skin to keep the frame in place and increases grip with moisture.
The Smith V XE is fitted with a single 7-base shield lens and is supplied with 2 additional lenses. All Smith VXE lenses are constructed from Carbonic TLT, a material that is engineered with high levels of impact resistance. Carbonic TLT lenses are optically corrected for maximum visual clarity and object definition making them ideal for use in sport including running, cycling and golf. Smith VXE lenses are coated with a hydroleophobic lens coating that repels moisture, grease and dirt.
