The outrigger evenly distributes pressure on the snow goggle frame to create a complete seal on the face, for a comfortable fit. In addition, the Smith Stance's ultra-wide, silicone backed strap ensures the goggle sits securely when worn with a helmet. Smith Stance ski goggles feature; a QuickFit Strap Adjustment system with Clip Buckle to allow for easy on and off functionality, a Dual Layer DriWix Face Foam to seal out the wind and moisture for maximum comfort and performance. The Smith Stance goggle offers a cylindrical, Carbonic-X lens with Tapered Light Technology (TLT) optics. The Carbonix-X lens is individually molded to offer optimum scratch and impact resistance, increased visual acuity and enhanced contrast sensitivity. The inner lens of the Smith Stance goggle is impregnated with a Fog-X lens treatment for optimal anti-fog performance, and a hydrophobic lens coating reduces smudging and lens scratching. The TLT technology, straightens incoming light rays for 100 percent accuracy and maximum comfort. A patented Vapour Lens Technology with Porex Filter completes the goggle. This means the lenses are cut and bonded together, with an airtight silicone bead to eliminate lens delamination the number one cause of between-the-lens fogging. The Porex Filter stops water molecules from passing through the filter. This filter allows the thermal lens to adjust to varying altitudes while preventing moisture from entering between the lenses.
