Serengeti Leggero Sunglasses are part of the Polar PhD Series
Serengeti Polar PhD lenses built on the NXT lens platform feature the newest evolution of polarised and photochromic lens technologies available today. The polarising layer of the Serengeti Polar PhD lens is engineered directly onto the back surface of the lens utilising Advanced Polarised Surface Technology, thereby removing the disadvantages of conventional film-based polarised lens construction.
The Photochromic technology incorporated into the Serengeti Polar PhD lens automatically lightens and darkens with changing light conditions. Serengeti Polar PhD lenses withstand the harshest environmental conditions and provide protection from UV radiation and high velocity impact without compromising visual performance.
Common to all Serengeti lenses, the Polar PhD lens delivers proprietary Spectral Control, providing unparalleled contrast and superior colour enhancement by filtering out specific colours within the visible light spectrum. This results in crisper colour and clearer images. All Serengeti lenses block out distraction blue light, eliminating ‘blue blur’ that leads to eye strain and fatigue.
Along with Spectral Control, superior optics, and polarised photochromic properties, the Serengeti Polar PhD lens boasts an anti-scratch hard coat, seven layer backside anti-reflective coating, and oleo phobic coating technology for oil and water resistance.
Warranty: From one year of the date of purchase Serengeti will replace or repair, at its option, any sunglass product that is defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to products that have been lost, altered, broken or damaged by misuse or failure to follow instructions provided with the product. Serengeti eyewear does not warrant against normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental frame breakage.
