The Scott Unlimited OTG (Over The Glasses) is a hugely popular unisex goggle. The Scott Unlimited is one of a new breed of OTG goggles on the market; gone are the uncomfortable, conspicuously bulky goggle styles. The Unlimited OTG is large enough to comfortably and safely accommodate prescription glasses, but it has a very aesthetically pleasing finish that is far removed from the OTG goggles of old. Whilst there are some excellent prescription goggle adaptors available, which we recommend highly, OTG goggles are a great choice if you are a beginner or if your prescription requirements fluctuate, making the use of your prescription eyewear a more financially viable option. The Scott Unlimited OTG goggle is fitted with SIM Spherical Injection Molded Polycarbonate Dual Lens, which means that it is the slightly more curved option that Scott offers in their adult OTG goggle range – if you prefer a cylindrical goggle lens, then please refer to the Scott Icon OTG. Developed by Scott, the hardwearing 100% UVA UVB UVC radiation protected computer engineered lenses are not only designed to complement the natural curvature of the face and eyes, providing an incredibly comfortable fit, but also allow light to pass through undistorted thus delivering unmatched optical clarity. When considering an OTG goggle, many people have concerns about lens misting; and whilst this can be a problem with some OTG goggles, the ACS (Air Control System), which optimises airflow around the lens combined with a permanent proprietary treatment applied to the inner aspect of the lens really does help to prevent the condensation that results in fogging. Due to Scott’s focus on safety, all of their goggles are helmet compatible; the Unlimited OTG goggle is supplied with a strap extender to ensure that it engages flawlessly with the majority of helmets on the market. The Unlimited also features the new PNS clip buckle system, which ensures the strap can be readily engaged and dis-engaged even when wearing gloves or mitts. The strap also features overmolded attachments and sliders that help to make the goggle more streamline than many of its counterparts. To maximise comfort for all day use, the Scott Unlimited OTG goggle features a hypoallergenic, colored 3-layer thermo face foam that provides an excellent fit.
