The exciting Bolle Traverse is a sunglass/goggle hybrid, suitable for medium to large face sizes, is supremely adaptable in terms of its technical specification, making it the ideal partner to numerous sporting practices including cycling, climbing, and skiing. The Bolle Traverse has adjustable nose pads to ensure optimal comfort, and is made from the very highest quality nylon, meaning that the frame is lightweight, flexible and strong. The Bolle Traverse can be stripped down and worn as a stylish pair of wrapped sports sunglasses throughout the year, or the arms, which feature excellent grip and comfort through the rubberised temple tips, can be easily removed by pushing a small button on the inside of the temples, the adjustable strap attached, and either the sweat bar or figure of eight face gasket (both supplied as standard) attached for use as a goggle hybrid. Please be aware however that for extremely poor weather conditions, we at Vision3K still recommend a goggle for optimal protection against the elements. The lightweight polycarbonate lenses of the Bolle Traverse, which are five times more impact resistant than standard polycarbonate, can be easily interchanged to meet the demands of rapidly changing conditions, and are all treated with P80-Plus anti-fog and Carbo Glas coatings, which enhance scratch resistance and along with the excellent in-built lens ventilation, help to minimise the problem of lens misting, which can be caused as the core body temperature increases through exertion. Whether you notice it or not, light conditions are constantly changing. The Modulator lenses, available with some models, have photochromic technology (Active Cell Technology) embedded within the lens, under a highly protective hardcoat, and work on a molecular level to adjust their depth of tint making them ideal for when weather conditions are rapidly changing.
