The Adidas Mactelo II is one of the latest additions to the Adidas sunglasses collection and introduced in 2011. This version of the Adidas Mactelo has a different lens shape to the Adidas Mactelo (a379), a lens shape that has been designed not to touch your cheeks. The design patterns on the arms of these Adidas sunglasses takes its influence from the treads of bike tyres.
The Adidas Mactelo II has a wrap-around 8 base lens curve and is fitted with decentred polycarbonate lenses. An interchangeable lens system enables the quick change of lenses. The inside of the Adidas Mactelo II arms have a molded Ribbed Grip System to ensure a secure fit. This lightweight Adidas sunglasses model weighs 25g.
